If you've ever struggled to capture an emotion or facial expression in your artwork, then this intimate workshop dedicated to the human face and figure is for you. Using a live model, local artist Trish Harding will teach you how to distinguish individual faces by studying the shapes of each feature--eyes, nose, mouth, etc. You'll then explore the human figure with attention to proportion, shading, and shadow construction using various drawing media.
