Robert welcomes guest Tim Shea, owner of Hundred North, Bellingham's newest fine dining restaurant. The class will feature black cod chimichurri, vegetarian spring fennel consommé, and vanilla Basque torte-and Chef Fong and Shea will have fun collaborating on a surprise entrée. Course fee includes choice of wine or nonalcoholic beverage.
