Pakistani Vegetarian

Join Azma Khan for a homestyle vegetarian Pakistani meal of palak paneer (spinach with paneer), vegetable pulao, masoor dal (red lentils), and kachumber salad (cucumber, tomato and red onion). All dishes are gluten-free. Pakistani cuisine is similar to North Indian, but with stronger Persian influences. Azma Khan is a native of Lahore, Pakistan, who has lived in Whatcom County since 1993. She has been perfecting her cooking over the last 40 years and loves sharing it with the community.
