Do it yourself and save money! Learn the basic skills for matting and framing your artwork, photographs, or any special piece you'd like to display. Course covers selecting the right materials to protect and display your item, measuring and cutting mats, fitting your piece into a frame, and readying the frame for hanging. Color and design principles will also be discussed. Walk away with a piece framed and ready to hang! Instructor Jess Flegel is a local artist, gallery director, and expert framer.
