Do you find yourself avoiding family members or friends with opposing views about politics, the planet, or other topics core to your beliefs? Are the conversations you're having causing damage to your relationships? There are ways to set ground rules, build bridges of understanding, and find calm in chaotic times. Trained facilitator Monique Stefens invites you to join her for an exploration of values, beliefs, and communication with research from biology, psychology, and philosophy. Learn how to build skills for internal and external harmony, with some humor along the way.
