Join Tiffany Morton, personal trainer for over 15 years, to explore a healthy weight-based workout routine from the comfort of home! Designed to be encouraging, not intimidating, the class focuses on total body strength, mobility, balance, and flexibility conditioning. Whether you want to be in better shape, or are looking for more of a challenge, Tiffany will help you build a healthy workout routine. Wear comfortable clothes, have a small towel, and water bottle available--no other equipment required.

We email virtual classroom access two business days before classes begin; please register early to ensure you receive this information. If you have not received virtual classroom access the day before your class, please check your inbox's spam and deleted folders. It is the responsibility of participants to check their email inbox for virtual access information prior to class and, if it has not been received, to contact our office during business hours (8 a.m. - 5 p.m.) before class starts at or (360) 383-3200. No refunds or credits will be given for a class once it has started.
