Groove: Dance Fitness (virtual classroom)

Looking for a fun, joyful way to move your body? Join instructor Dana Carr for a dance party at the end of your work day! She'll bring the good music and simple moves, a little bit of structure and a whole lot of inspiration. Together you'll find wonderful ways to feel good and have fun moving to the music! Wear comfortable clothing and bring a water bottle.

If you have not received virtual classroom access the day before your class, please check your inbox's spam and deleted folders. It is the responsibility of participants to check their email inbox for virtual access information prior to class and, if it has not been received, to contact our office during business hours (8 a.m. - 5 p.m.) before class starts at comed@whatcom.edu or (360) 383-3200. No refunds or credits will be given for a class once it has started.
