Join Bruno on this cheesecake adventure for a night of show-stopping recipes, perfect for your next dinner party or celebration! He will feature three incredible recipes to rock your world: rhubarb cheesecake with ginger apple compote, espresso cheesecake with salted caramel drizzle, and citrus cheesecake with a lemon curd topping. Bruno Feldeisen is a judge on the Great Canadian Baking Show. He has twice been honored as one of the top ten pastry chefs in America by Chocolatier Magazine and has been nominated twice for the James Beard Award for Outstanding Pastry Chef.
