With early sunsets and post-holiday fatigue, we can easily forget to enjoy a good evening meal with friends or family. Food service manager Leon Scott will equip you with a "go-to" meal that is relatively quick to put together and sure to impress guests. He'll start with a warm spinach salad with champagne vinaigrette. Next, enjoy creamy mushroom risotto with a chicken breast and salmon. For dessert, a velvety chocolate mousse with whiskey caramel popcorn. Leon will teach you how to serve your favorite people a delicious meal prepared by you!
