Traditional Coast Salish Cooking

Vanessa demonstrates the traditional (and delicious!) Coast Salish technique of cooking salmon wrapped in skunk cabbage leaves. The salmon will be served with fresh nettle pesto and whole wheat pasta. We'll also explore what it means to eat with good intention, and the relationship between food and community.
