French Mediterranean Cuisine

Karina celebrates the cuisine of the French Mediterranean, and its bounty of fish, fresh vegetables, olive oil, and tomatoes. We begin with a springtime version of Proven├žal white bean and tomato soup, followed by a romaine wedge salad with blue cheese vinaigrette, radish slices, and chives. Our main dish will be roasted cod drizzled with herbed olive oil and lemon on a bed of ratatouille. We will finish up with yogurt panna cotta with strawberry sauce. Course fee includes choice of wine or non-alcoholic beverage.
