Learn to bake classic European bread from a master in this fun demonstration class. The focus is on focaccias and German rye, as Bruno creates savory focaccia with garlic and potato; a sweet focaccia with sour cherries and organic chocolate; and finally, a beer sauerkraut dark rye bread.
