Ana demonstrates three delicious varieties of tamale. Learn to make chicken tomatillo tamales, served with roasted tomatillo and avocado salsa and drizzled with cream; potato red chile tamales; and Yucatan-style tamales with achiote and citrus juice, served with habanero sauce.
