Parisian Bistro

Karina Davidson provides recipes garnered from her exploration of the bistros of Paris. The evening's menu includes an appetizer portion of blue cheese and broccoli quiche, Caesar salad with torn croutons, wild salmon fillet with sauce au moutarde accompanied by lemon rice, and chocolate terrine with caramelized hazelnuts. Course fee includes choice of wine or non-alcoholic beverage.
