Elevate your next dinner party, date, or night in with seasonal foods and classic techniques! Chef Kai Despain will highlight produce and seafood at its peak using an open-ended approach as you learn to make dough for an asparagus and Gruyère tart, shaved snap pea salad, and shellfish pasta with handmade fettuccini. These delicious, versatile recipes will easily become home staples after taking this class. Currently chef for Banter's dinner program, Kai is helping to challenge what a modern restaurant can be, using traditional and modern techniques to make accessible food influenced by many cultures.
