Fall Gnocchi (virtual classroom)

Join us to learn how to make classic Italian gnocchi--delectable small pasta-like potato dumplings--with a seasonal sauce, perfect for a hearty fall meal! You'll receive class recipes, the video recording of the class and bonus sauce recipes. You will receive a class prep packet, recipes, and a video recording of the class. Class price is for two people attending from one location; only one person is required to register and pay for the class.

We email virtual classroom access two business days before classes begin; please register early to ensure you receive this information. If you have not received virtual classroom access the day before your class, please check your inbox's spam, deleted, and/or promotions folders. It is the responsibility of participants to check their email inbox for virtual access information prior to class and, if it has not been received, to contact our office during business hours (8 a.m. - 5 p.m.) before class starts at comed@whatcom.edu or (360) 383-3200. No refunds or credits will be given for a class once it has started.
