Reiki: An Introduction (virtual classroom)

Discover the restorative benefits of Reiki, a popular healing modality that utilizes energy to balance the body and mind. Learn the history of Reiki, how it works, how to use it for yourself and others, as well as receive the Usui Reiki level one attunement. Instructor Monica McDowell is a registered Karuna® and Usui/Tibetan Reiki Master through the International Center for Reiki Training and has been an energy healer for many years.
