This content-rich workshop is all about helping you become a stronger manager and leader. We'll focus on developing clear mission and vision statements, job descriptions, internal/external communications, and policies and procedures. We'll also discuss managing staff/board relationships including clearly defining their tasks and roles--all with the goal of bringing a high level of excellence and teamwork to your organization. You'll leave with resources, practical skills, and the knowledge to lead your nonprofit with newfound confidence.
