Beginning Jewelry: The Art of the Ring

This one-day workshop introduces the basics of creating a sterling silver ring. We'll start with sterling silver sheet and learn how to size, saw, solder, polish, and then texture the ring. You'll leave with a solid foundation of metalsmithing skills and a beautiful new sterling silver ring! Wear closed-toe shoes, have long hair tied back, and bring a pencil and sketchbook/notebook. Materials fee of $10-25 (cost dependent on materials chosen) is payable to instructor in class. Class size is limited, so register early!
