Enjoy learning how to make and eat old-style Chinese food. Three comforting, classic dishes will fill the classroom with beautiful aromas and help you bring Chinese cuisine into your own home. This class will feature roast duck with plum sauce, boneless pork loin stir-fry with braised black mushrooms, and a classic chicken soup with winter melon, lotus seeds, and goji berries. Join this class to get cozy as well as fine-tune these classic recipes for your own enjoyment during the chilly PNW winter.
