Removing foods to which your body may be launching an immune response is one of the key steps in maintaining an anti-inflammatory state. Together, we'll savor anti-inflammatory recipes and learn about digestion support. We'll enjoy five anti-inflammatory dishes: breakfast hash, creamy broccoli-ginger soup, green detox smoothie, ginger chicken and black rice bowls, and walnut truffles.
