Learn the fundamental techniques of jewelry making! Over the course of two days, you'll design and fabricate a one-of-a- kind, wearable piece of art from copper and brass sheet. Instructor Judith Gauthier will provide demonstrations and guidance on annealing, piercing, cutting with a jeweler's saw, soldering, texturing, forming, and finally polishing your unique piece. Beginners and those looking for a refresher class are encouraged to join us for a weekend of fun and creativity! Please bring a pencil and notebook/sketchpad. $10 material payable to instructor in class. Class size is limited--register early!
