Explore the use of fragrance, mantras (repeated words or phrases used to focus intention), and mudras (hand positions to influence energy flow) as tools for chakra balancing. Learn how these techniques can be incorporated into personal wellness practices or integrated into yoga, bodywork, and other holistic modalities. You'll then have the opportunity to practice these approaches in class and gain confidence applying them to yourself or others. Please bring a yoga mat and wear comfortable clothing.
