Through guided exercises and reflective practices, you’ll expand your capacity to communicate with authenticity—even in moments of tension. Completion of Couples Communication or equivalent experience recommended. Individuals are welcome; course fee includes up to two people.

Monique offers interactive, experiential programs to foster insight, laughter and learning. She earned her Bachelor's degree in Psychology and her Master's degree in Adult & Higher Education, both at WWU. She is a certified coach through Conscious Leadership Group, a trained facilitator through Excellence Northwest, a relationship coach, and a keynote speaker.
