Join instructor Chris Byrd for an exploration of local tide pools as you learn about intertidal invertebrates, fish identification, ecology, and seaweeds. He'll also cover tide pooling ethics. Kids 10 and up are welcome to register with a guardian. Bring a sack lunch or snack, water bottle, and appropriate sun protection. Class meets at Wildcat Cove in Larrabee State Park; parking requires an annual or one-day Discover Pass--carpooling encouraged.

Directions to Wildcat Cove: Drive south on Chuckanut Drive and turn right on Cove Road.
