Whether you are navigating problems as a leader or on the front lines, this course can help reduce, and better navigate, stress. Join Monique Stefens as she guides us through tools used by Navy Seals and hostage negotiators, playfully pointing out why we sometimes choose drama and how rewarding it is to be able to build calm.
