Celebrate the changes of fall with a sumptuous menu of French culinary classics with Chef Karina Davidson, Parisian expert and former pastry chef. We will begin our evening with a bowl of Moules Marinières. While a French classic, this mussel dish is reminiscent of our Northwest bounty. Next, we will enjoy a salade verte with blue cheese, pears, and pecans. Our entree will be a velvety chicken Dijon served with purée de pommes de terre. To conclude our evening, we will enjoy a gâteau aux chocolat. Demonstration
