With the joys of summer in the Pacific Northwest comes a wealth of summer fruit. In this class, you'll learn to turn those fresh fruits into jam! We will make jam utilizing our favorite flavors of the season and the water bath canning method. Whether you use it to bake, sweeten your breakfast, enjoy with a cheese board, or give as gifts, jam is a staple you can never have too much of.
