Food and Wine Pairing
Enjoy a fine meal with complementary wines presented by Chef Fong and veteran wine educator Laurent Martel. We'll include some unconventional pairings in a menu that matches spicy seafood soup with a sparkling Crémant; wild salmon with Châteauneuf-du-Pape; seared beef rib steak with a full bodied Chardonnay; delicata squash duxelles with a Beaujolais-Villages wine; and French cheeses with fruit with a Bordeaux. Must be 21 to enroll; photo ID required at class.
