This hands-on course is designed to help professionals seamlessly integrate Copilot into daily workflows across Microsoft 365 applications. Learn how to use Copilot Chat to craft effective prompts and quickly extract meaningful insights from documents, emails, and conversations. Explore practical applications in Word, and generate, refine, and summarize professional documents with ease. In Excel, harness Copilot to analyze data, uncover trends, and create visual summaries using simple, natural-language instructions with no advanced formulas required. Course also covers building impactful presentations in PowerPoint by generating slides, improving structure, and developing speaker notes. Also learn to enhance workplace communication in Outlook by drafting clear messages, summarizing email threads, and preparing efficient meeting follow-ups. By course end, you'll be equipped with the skills to boost productivity, improve communication, and make smarter, data-driven decisions using Microsoft 365 Copilot. Valuable 368-page textbook included with course fee; registration for class will close November 9 to allow time for mailing class text. Must have Office 365 installed on your computer, and two monitors are recommended.
