Canning isn't the only way to preserve the season's harvest. This class explores other practical alternatives, like fermentation, dehydrating, freezing, and microclimate storage. Jennie Goforth will explain how these methods affect nutrients, flavor, and shelf life. Learn which process works best for what foods, and discover strategies you can use right away.
