Build layers of sweet, salty, sour, and savory in this naturally gluten-free, vegan dish topped with roasted seeds. Chef Courtney Bourasaw of The Skagit Table brings her farm-to-table philosophy and passion for nourishing food to the classroom, teaching intuitive techniques that build kitchen confidence. Served with local bread. Hands-on.
