Natural Fermentation

Support digestion and gut health by eating foods rich in beneficial microorganisms-fermented foods! Alissa Segersten demonstrates how to make delicious fermented vegetables, coconut water kefir, and kombucha. Kombucha SCOBYs will be available for those who would like start their own brew. Alissa has been using natural fermentation techniques for the last two decades and is the author of Nourishing Meals, The Whole Life Nutrition Cookbook, and co-author of The Elimination Diet. All recipes are free of gluten, dairy, eggs, nuts, soy and GMOs.
