Elimination Diet Cooking

Alissa Segersten explains the premise and health benefits of following an elimination diet, while sharing delicious recipes to use in your weekly meal planning. You won't feel like there's anything missing as you enjoy mustard-herb lamb burgers, gingered carrot soup, plantain chips and dip, digestion-stimulating bitter greens salad, and carob cupcakes with whipped coconut cream and fresh berries. All recipes are organic, and free of grain, gluten, nuts, dairy, nightshade family vegetables, eggs, and soy.
