Chef's Choice

Karina puts together an all-delicious menu of favorite recipes. For openers, it's tomato bisque served with a basil drizzle and a dollop of sherry cream, followed by a mixed greens Caesar salad with shaved Parmesan. Baked spring salmon with aioli served alongside crispy roast potatoes is the main course, and dessert is Karina's signature cake--mocha torte. Course fee includes a choice of wine or non-alcoholic beverage.
