Pastry Chef Bruno Feldeisen says that bacon and chocolate are a pairing of spectacular effect. If you doubt him, take this class and find out how delightfully wrong you are. In this class you can look forward to candied spicy chocolate bacon strips, bacon churros with chocolate maple sauce, and brown butter chocolate and bacon crisps. Bruno is a judge on the Great Canadian Baking Show, has twice been honored as one of the top ten pastry chefs in America by Chocolatier Magazine, and has been nominated twice for the James Beard Award for Outstanding Pastry Chef.
