Mexican Kitchen: Mi Casa es Su Casa

Learn how to create distinctive Mexican dishes in your own kitchen. Tonight's menu includes a traditional sopa de papa (potato soup) with queso fresco and roasted chiles, ceviche verde tostadas (tostadas made with citrus-marinated fresh fish), and enchiladas with crema poblana.
