Learn practical project management knowledge and vital skill sets that you can immediately apply in your daily work in this hybrid lecture/online course. You'll develop the fundamentals of implementing standard processes and best practices to be successful in completing your projects and other duties. You'll also learn specific processes and steps for a team to initiate, plan, implement, monitor, and
close a project. This course is your first step in preparing to take the PMI Certified Associate in Project Management exam. Required textbook information will be sent with registration confirmation.
This hybrid course meets at WCC from 9 AM - 1 PM on April 5 and April 26 with estimated 12 hours online coursework in between.
Notes:
Final session on 2/15 is 8:30 AM - 5 PM with 30-minute lunch break. Textbook, included in course fee, provided at first session.
