Nia: Mind-Body Fitness (virtual classroom)
Increase flexibility, mobility, and strength with this playful approach to fitness! Nia combines martial arts, dance, and yoga in an adaptable workout set to music. Like Zumba, Nia is choreographed, but with slower and simpler movements designed for customization. Described as a "feel good fitness," Nia is a great way to love your body and lift your spirits. Instructor Dana Carr is a certified Nia White Belt teacher and loves sharing the self-empowering mindfulness of Nia. Wear comfortable clothing. Class does not meet October 28, November 11, and November 25.
