Craft a Solid First Draft of Your Novel (virtual classroom)

Got a memoir, short stories, how-to guide, or a novel tucked away in a drawer? Local award-winning indie author Robert L. Slater will help you go from finished manuscript draft to publishing and marketing. Topics includes big ideas in small publishing, current best practices, creative markeing for writers, and myths and "mythstakes." Using skills from 25 years as a high school Language Arts teacher and 23 years as a semi-pro writer, and eight years as a self-publisher of four books so far, Rob will share what worked for him, things that didn't, and things to try.
