Join Tiffany Morton, personal trainer for over 15 years, to explore a healthy weight-based workout routine from the comfort of home! Designed to be encouraging, not intimidating, you'll spend the hour focusing on total body strength, mobility, balance, and flexibility conditioning. Whether you want to be in better shape, or are looking for more of a challenge, Tiffany will help you build a healthy workout routine. Wear comfortable clothes, have a small towel, and water bottle available--no other equipment required. Class does not meet May 31.
