Join instructor, Jennie Goforth, to learn all about pickling and fermenting winter produce! Probiotics are essential, and in this class you'll learn how to select the best winter produce, prepare, and ferment delicious and healthful probiotic-filled foods. You'll also expand your knowledge with quick pickling, and learn about storage methods to safely preserve these pickled products.
