Explore the ancient healing arts of acupressure and qigong and how to make use of them during the spring and summer months. Both of these simple yet profound practices encourage the flow of 'Qi' (life energy), improve circulation, reduce muscular tension, and instill emotional and physical balance. Maureen Kelly, acupressure practitioner and holistic health consultant, will also review associated meridians (energy channels) and their related organ systems, as well as other holistic measures to address seasonal imbalances and an overview of holistic tips.
