Homemade Pasta: Ricotta Gnocchi (virtual classroom)

If you've ever been intimidated by the thought of making fresh pasta at home, don't be! Chef Michele will show you how simple it is to make ricotta gnudi--a more foolproof version of its cousin, gnocchi. She'll also teach you how to make a delicious sauce to accompany your gnudi. After class, you'll receive class recipes and the video recording of the workshop.
