Start the new year fresh with our plant-based cooking class, as we dive into winter's harvest and cook a cozy, flavorful meal. We'll whip up curried sweet potato soup over coconut steamed rice, a hearty winter pear salad with homemade vinaigrette, and finish with a delightful berry crisp. This class offers comfort, health, and warmth for those chilly nights. Join Chef Michele and embrace the deliciousness of plant-based cuisine! You'll receive a prep packet, detailed recipes, and a video recording to savor the experience again and again. The class price is for two people attending from one kitchen; only one person is required to register and pay for the class.
