Bigfoot, Yowie, Yeti, Almas, Wendigo: all names stem from the mysterious and legendary creature we know as Sasquatch. Join Matthew Thuney and Sasquatch researcher Jason Valenti to learn about this elusive being that has reportedly lived alongside, and occasionally interacted with, humans. We'll open our exploration with an examination of the controversial 1967 "Patterson Film" that allegedly captured a Bigfoot on tape, proceed to a historical overview of accounts of these creatures, and close with a discussion of Sasquatch searches and sightings here in the Pacific Northwest. Find out where to look, what to look for, and what might constitute evidence of Sasquatch right here in Whatcom County!
