Watercolor Landscapes: Beyond Beginning

Build upon your watercolor skills and techniques with fresh new landscapes to explore! In this class you'll become proficient at painting various landscapes and seascapes while learning new essential watercolor techniques. Each week you'll work from a provided reference photo with the guidance of instructor Angela Wright. The final class will culminate with painting the essence of a landscape based on your own choice of reference photo. By class end, you'll be able to capture the landscapes you see around you and in photos by pulling out the details, colors, and textures, and translating those components into brush strokes using learned techniques. $30 materials fee payable to instructor in first class session. Prerequisite: Intro to Watercolor Landscapes or previous watercolor experience. Class size is limited, so register early!
