Replicate a classic Parisian bistro meal with Chef Karina Davison, Parisian expert, and former pastry chef. We will start with tapenade toasts and an endive spear with Roquefort and walnuts, followed by a classic salade verte with tangy vinaigrette and petit croutons. Our main dish will be a roasted Dijon chicken with fresh herbs and shallots served on a bed of lemon rice. The grand finale will be a dark chocolate mousse with a surprise sable (shortbread) accompaniment. Bon appetit!
