Learn to make Pâte à Choux and Choux au Craquelin. Chef Michele will guide you in making savory fillings along with a delicious pastry cream for filling the choux au Craquelin--great for dessert and a great way to make pâte à choux once and use it for both a sweet and savory appetizer or dessert! You will receive a class prep packet, recipes, and a video recording of the class. Class price is for two people in the same kitchen; only one person is required to register and pay for the class.
