Spend two days exploring the classic techniques and secrets used by the best bakers. We'll make a summer lemon poppy seed cake, chocolate ganache shortbread tarts, quick spiced zucchini bread, and meringue cookies with fresh fruit sorbet. Designed for ages 7-12.
